This letter is to confirm our discussions that I am pleased to be able to accredit Kingsway Training Pty Ltd as an 'endorsed Toyota Institute Australia (formerly NTEC) Sales Training' organisation.

What this means is the following:

1. Any training that a dealer undertakes with Kingsway Training, they can claim the cost of that training back from their TMCA Vision account.

2. Any Kingsway Training undertaken by Toyota Sales Consultants and Sales Managers will earn them training points under TMCA's Sales Society program.

This endorsement will apply from 1st January 2006 and will cease at 31st December 2006. Prior to the end of 2006 we will review this arrangement and if it is in the interest of both TMCA and Kingsway Training, we will look to renew it for 2007.

 As discussed with you we will implement some procedures with this arrangement to ensure that all the training that your company conducts is accurately recorded for the above purpose. TMCA will also seek regular feedback from Toyota dealers to ensure the quality of training is in line with TMCA standards. Please advise myself whenever you commence a training program with a Toyota dealership.

TMCA or Kingsway Training may terminate this arrangement at any stage within 30 days notice.
